Market Report 2017 Q4

Virtually every one of our markets along Scenic 30A from Destin to Panama City Beach finished 2017 with dollar volume and units sold either ahead of or even with the year prior.

The economic indicators that serve as our compass remain strong, and an enormous amount of new wealth was created which we expect to trickle into our market area thanks to a an array of favorable conditions. With the higher price ranges in many areas experiencing an uptick in sales, we feel optimistic about what lies ahead after closing 2017 on such a high note.
