Patrick E. Geiger

Born in Texas, Patrick Geiger grew up an Air Force brat, moving often and experiencing life in many different places—but none as compelling as the Emerald Coast. After visiting his brother and family here in 2004, he immediately fell in love with the area’s natural beauty and lifestyle, knowing there was no other place for him.

Patrick has worked in real estate for many years, with experience in both development sales and general real estate. Prior to his move to Destin, he worked as a real estate agent in Beaufort and Hilton Head, South Carolina, where he graduated from the Institute of Real Estate. His time in those established resort markets provided a strong foundation and made for a seamless transition to the Emerald Coast.

There are many details to consider when buying and selling property, and Patrick applies his knowledge of residential, resort, and waterfront properties to navigate each one with care. His goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for every client — not only during the transaction, but well beyond closing. He values long-term relationships and strives to be a trusted resource for his clients, whether they are ready to buy or sell, referring a friend or family member, or simply seeking advice or a market update.
