Denise Greene

Denise Greene spent more than 25 years in the financial services industry before parlaying her expertise and her love of homes and real estate into a successful career as a global real estate advisor. After years of vacationing in northwest Florida, she and her husband, Kevin, moved with their (now grown) children from Boston to the beach in 2006.

Originally from Wisconsin, Denise attended the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate studies. Her career in finance took her across the country from Minneapolis to San Francisco to Boston, but at 50, she began seeking a profession that aligned with her family’s coastal lifestyle rather than the demands of big-city travel. Real estate became the perfect fit.

Since becoming a Realtor in 2012, Denise has developed extensive knowledge of the Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and 30A markets. She has a special affinity for Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, an area her family fell in love with long before they became full-time residents.

Denise loves connecting with people, understanding their stories, and helping them find the home of their dreams. Many former clients have become close friends, and she is known for making the home-buying experience enjoyable, whether clients are seeking a full-time residence, second home, or investment property along the Emerald Coast. When representing sellers, Denise highlights the personal story and unique character of each home.

Beyond real estate, Denise is passionate about serving her community. She has volunteered with numerous local organizations, including Impact100 Northwest Florida, where she serves on the board and as the 2025 grant chairwoman; the Seaside Neighborhood School board; and the Northwest Florida Ballet board. She has also given her time to Green Thumb Garden Club and Butler Junior Gardeners, Destin Woman’s Club, Dog Harmony, Butler Elementary, Northwest Florida Ballet Académie, Food For Thought, and ministries at Christ the King Episcopal Church and The Chapel at Seaside.

Now an "empty-nester," Denise enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking the area’s beautiful beaches, and discovering new outdoor adventures. She is SCUBA certified and loves reading, traveling, boating, playing mahjong and bocce ball, and taking cooking and yoga classes. She and Kevin share their home with their cavapoo, Jack, who brings a bit of fun and mischief to every day.
