Growing up in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Amanda was entrenched in real estate at a very young age. Influenced by her family, who owns Kaiser Sotheby’s International Realty operating in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fairhope, Alabama, it only seemed natural that she would eventually get her real estate license.
After graduating with a degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Florida, Amanda sold real estate along the Alabama Gulf Coast, worked as a sales administrator for Peninsula Golf Course's real estate division, and was a closing agent for Gulf Shores Title. Since living in South Walton, Amanda has worked for the WaterColor HOA and was the art director for the Justin Gaffrey Gallery, where she expressed and excelled her sales, graphic design, digital marketing and photography expertise.
Amanda joined Scenic Sotheby's International Realty as a buyer's specialist is now prevailing as an independent agent. She brings her attentiveness, specialty marketing skills and diligent work ethic to her clients. She takes pride in her work and is most noted by her clients for her listening skills, which makes her a unique sales person.
When not working for her clients, you can find Amanda taking photos of our beautiful coast and all it has to offer. She loves spending time and visiting her son in college and attending Florida Gators football games. She also loves hiking with her Australian Shepherd on many of the trails along the Emerald Coast. Amanda is a self-sufficient business woman who also takes pride in owning a prominent photography and marketing company on 30A.
