Marsha Burke

A native of Panama City, Marsha's love for beach living comes naturally. As a child, she camped along 30A with her family; as an adult, she and her husband purchased, built and invested in Rosemary Beach during the years they raised their children in the Atlanta area. Marsha earned a master's degree in accounting at Florida State University, starting her career as a certified public accountant with a national accounting firm. She later served as chief financial officer at a large health system in Atlanta.

Since moving to 30A full-time in 2018, Marsha and her husband, Steve, reside in WaterSound Beach, where they enjoy the local lifestyle, connecting with the community and spending days on the beach.
