Richard began his career in wealth management, spending nearly 12 years managing private equity accounts and mutual fund portfolios. By 1998, he had transitioned this experience to assisting companies in establishing financial reporting policies and procedures, and spent seven years in a corporate environment helping to implement investment and accounting measures.
In 2006, Richard took his craft to the global market. 9 years later, he retired from business consulting services, after having managed worldwide teams of more than 100 people implementing financial investment management and control systems and financial reporting systems for public companies.
With his wife Gayle - now having owned personal and rental property in Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Old Seagrove, Seacrest, Gulf Place and now in Seaside - the two together are connected to the investment community and build community in a way only achieved by doing.
Their approach to their real estate clients is to provide objective information so families can make a decision from the heart, knowing in confidence that they can enjoy all of the memories to come. He continues to enjoy building and investing in properties along Scenic Highway 30A.
Richard and Gayle served 31 clients in 2022 in 39 transactions representing $98,563,615 of property value at an average price of $2,663,880. We maintained the #9 agent group position in the entire Emerald Coast System #6 on 30a and the #1 group in Old Seagrove and in Seaside, Fl in 2022.
Richard and his wife, Gayle, reside in Seaside full time, where they enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and friends.
