Gayle grew up in southern Ohio and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati. After school, she moved to Illinois, where she worked in the medical field and completed a post-graduate degree as a family nurse practitioner.
In 1995, Gayle relocated to southeast Louisiana, falling in love with southern food and the culture. There, she raised her two children. She quickly discovered northwest Florida beaches and 30A, purchased a lot in Rosemary Beach and built two homes. Later, she managed her own vacation rentals while still working as a family nurse practitioner. In 2012, she moved to 30A permanently.
With her husband Richard - now having owned personal and rental property in Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Old Seagrove, Seacrest, Gulf Place and now in Seaside - the two together are connected to the investment community and build community in a way only achieved by doing.
Their approach to their real estate clients is to provide objective information so families can make a decision from the heart, knowing in confidence that they can enjoy all of the memories to come. He continues to enjoy building and investing in properties along Scenic Highway 30A.
Gayle and Richard served 24 clients in 2019 in 27 transactions representing $36,616,000 of property value at an average price of $1,356,000. We are the #12 agent group on 30a and the #1 group in Old Seagrove in 2019.
A resident of Seaside with her husband, Richard Jabbour, Gayle enjoys living in a walkable community and taking advantage of the 30A bike path and running, biking or walking the trails of Watercolor. She also enjoys playing tennis as a team member of the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club.
Her love of homes, architecture, building and designing over the years led her to a career in real estate. She has fun helping others find their dream property at the beach.
