Sarah Timmons grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama, and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Alabama. In 2010, as her professional career was taking off in Atlanta, she was drawn to real estate through a positive experience with a local agent — an introduction that sparked what would become a highly successful career.
Sarah’s connection to the Emerald Coast runs deep. Her grandparents moved to Destin when she was just three years old, allowing her to grow up knowing the area as a second home. Years later, when their longtime family condo was put back on the market, Sarah revisited it and recovered a painting that had once belonged to her grandparents, now proudly displayed in her home office as a reminder of her roots.
Blending lifelong local knowledge with a strong background in sales and marketing, Sarah quickly distinguished herself in the industry. Early in her career, she earned Rookie of the Year and Top Individual Agent honors at her previous brokerage. From 2020 through 2023, she received the Extraordinary Award for top sales performance. Since 2021, she has been recognized by RealTrends Verified as one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, an honor representing the top 2% of agents nationwide. She was also nominated by her peers to serve on the Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty Leadership Council in 2023 and 2024.
Sarah’s career sales now exceed $172.6 million, with 2025 marking her best year to date. At the most recent company gala, she was honored with Exceptional Growth, the Extraordinary Award, and Top Single Advisor in Sales Volume, an achievement she considers one of the proudest moments of her career. She specializes in guiding investors and helping buyers identify strong returns across Destin, Sandestin, 30A, and Panama City Beach.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys boating, traveling — especially to Palm Beach — and spending time with her family. At home, she’s rarely without her Yorkie, Rudy, her constant companion. A devoted aunt, she treasures time with her nephews and niece. Sarah is also an avid Alabama football fan and an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and Impact 100 of Northwest Florida.
