Conrad Chadwick's first encounter with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty came during an internship in 2019. Since that time, he has earned his real estate license and joined the company as a global real estate advisor. He said he's always felt a calling to a sales career, but added that real estate is as much about creating connections with people as it is buying and selling homes.
In his current role, Conrad helps real estate intenders narrow down their property search, most frequently in Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Inlet Beach and Panama City Beach. He enjoys working in a role that not only makes him happy but also makes others happy. The added conveniences of today's technology make it simpler than ever to communicate with clients — when and where they want. He considers himself open-minded and helpful at solving problems, a hard worker with strengths in active listening, critical thinking and self-motivation.
Conrad attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied political science and sociology. He vacationed frequently in northwest Florida before relocating here permanently in 2020.
In his free time, he enjoys fishing, skateboarding, snowboarding, golfing and spending time with his Siberian Husky, Mac. He favors the St. Louis Blues and former St. Louis Rams, who now call Los Angeles home. Conrad's favorite books and movies are those that inspire him to succeed, such as "The Wolf of Wall Street" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad." His favorite quote comes from Johnny Carson: "Happiness is having a rare steak, a bottle of bourbon and a dog to eat the rare steak."
