Tucker Perret

A native of south Louisiana, Tucker's background in real estate management and investing, as well as corporate finance, makes him an ideal candidate for clients expecting superior service in their evaluation of premium properties.

He and his wife moved to the Emerald Coast in 2020 but boast that they made the decision to do so pre-COVID and, therefore, consider themselves "nouveau local." Modest but diligent, Tucker's contribution to his team is expressed in his dedication to listening to his clients' wants and needs while providing unparalleled service and attention to detail.

Tucker holds four degrees, has worked at some of the world's preeminent financial institutions and managed his own hedge and private equity funds. He has recently learned to paddleboard, though not well according to onlookers. Real estate seemed a natural fit for a 30-something-year-old who loves to grab a cup of coffee on Saturday and Sunday mornings just to drive around and look at beautiful architecture. He is most proud of his wife, Rachel, whom he credits with the decision to move to the Florida coast, where they reside with their Australian Shepherd, Izzy.

When asked what motivates him, Tucker claims to be inspired by famed bounce movement sensation and New Orleans icon, Big Freedia, who once stated, "Freedom to me can be so many things: Freedom to be myself, to express myself and do the things I want to do, freedom to go in any direction I want to go in order to accomplish my goals."
