Alex Orkin

Alex Orkin earned a degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Samford University in 2020 and briefly joined his family’s business, Orkin & Associates in Alpharetta, Georgia, before returning to northwest Florida. Alex previously worked as an intern for Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty; today, he is a team agent with the Jabbour Luxury Group.

He has experience in various aspects of real estate, including real estate analysis, financial and accounting aspects, commercial leasing, and assistance with a mixed-use development. As a team agent, he works with clients buying and selling property along Scenic Highway 30A, specifically in the communities of Seagrove, WaterColor and Seaside, Florida. He likes the challenges a career in real estate brings and the relationships it allows and enjoys being able to mix his work life with an active, beach lifestyle.

Alex and his family have spent summers and holidays in their WaterColor home since 2005. He and his two brothers would find summertime jobs in the area along with enjoying time at the beach. He spends his free time running or paddle boarding and enjoys opportunities to give back to organizations like Alaqua Animal Refuge and Food For Thought.

He resides in WaterColor full time with his family and his two dachshunds, Chewy and Pretzel.
