Peggy Geppert

Peggy is a 15-year owner in WaterSound Beach. After graduating and then traveling the U.S. and Europe, she settled along Scenic Highway 30A, where she has remained for 20 years. She and her husband, Dave, still enjoy traveling but always return to South Walton to enjoy everything the area has to offer, especially golf, the beach and world-class dining. The key to her success as a broker in the area, she says, is intrinsically intertwined with her passion for and knowledge of the area. She is committed to providing superior service and cultivating long-term relationships with her clients.

Vanessa worked as a paralegal in a prosecutor's office in Kentucky for more than a decade before relocating to the Florida Panhandle for her husband's career. She earned her real estate license and joined Peggy's team in 2019, learning everything she can from the industry veteran. Clients describe her as personable and easy to work with, with a growing knowledge of the local market. In her free time, she enjoys teaching Pure Barre and spending time with her husband and daughter.
