Josh Esquibel has lived on the Emerald Coast since the age of nine after being born in Germany and traveling around the world with his military family. After serving in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years himself, he earned his real estate license and later joined the Caleb Midgett Group at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. He is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in applied management at Grand Canyon University.
Real estate appealed to Josh because of the joy it brings to people, whether primary home buyers or those purchasing a vacation property. It was during his third deployment that he attended a Tony Robbins seminar and realized he needed to make a radical change in his life and pursue something he would be passionate about. A few years later, he met Caleb Midgett in an airport and the rest, as they say, is history. Since then, he has earned a designation as a military relocation specialist.
Josh is an outgoing, approachable person and enjoys learning about others. As a Millennial, he understands what drives that demographic to click a button to learn more, to answer that phone call or to connect on social media. He strives to stay knowledgeable about the market to share that information with others and believes in leading with value. He is inspired by the quote from Marianne Williamson: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure."
He and his wife, Laura, are parents to Colton, Elijah and Aurora. In his free time, Josh enjoys volunteering with Habitat For Humanity, teaching in his son's homeschool group and spending time with his family, whether hanging out at home or walking on the beach. He believes in consistent tithing to a church as a way of giving back.
