Julie Kerwin Cumby considers herself “mostly local” to Florida's Emerald Coast, where she has lived since the age of 10. With two decades of expertise in global marketing, branding, communications and digital strategy, her skill set was carefully honed at internationally renowned architecture firms and top-rated real estate brokerages across North America. As a dual citizen of both the United States and Canada, Julie brings a unique, international perspective to her business here along Scenic 30A.

In her real estate practice, Julie is known for her professional, communicative approach while giving each client her personal attention before, during and after the purchase or sale of a client’s property. Her sales experience is particularly strong in luxury residential markets, including WaterColor, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, WaterSound Beach, Draper Lake, and Seacrest Beach. While Julie has completed her terms on the boards of local schools, her church and youth sports organizations, she remains an active supporter of local educational, athletic and charitable initiatives in Walton, Okaloosa and Bay counties.

Outside of her professional life, Julie is an avid adventurer who loves sharing new experiences with her two young sons. Whether attending table tennis matches at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where her boys practiced their manners (in French!), or learning to ski alongside her children in the Colorado mountains, Julie embraces every opportunity to explore and appreciate the world's vast wonders. Her hobbies include tennis, Pilates, running, and cheering on her favorite teams, whether that’s a spirited youth soccer match or an NHL game.
