Ariel Blackwood Carroll
Ariel Blackwood Carroll lost her first tooth vacationing along the Emerald Coast and has been in love with the area ever since. She joins her father-in-law, Randy Carroll, as a global real estate advisor with The Carroll Jones Beckman Group at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.
She earned dual bachelor's degrees in communications studies and religion from Furman University and jokes about "having her GED in real estate" long before becoming licensed, thanks to sitting at the dinner table with two broker parents. She attended Emory University, where she studied theology and bioethics. After a "quarter-life crisis" and swearing she'd never get into real estate, her mom asked her to pray about it and the rest, as they say, is history. Originally from Arkansas, Ariel began her real estate career in Atlanta before relocating to the Emerald Coast.
Ariel still uses her formal training and background in psychology to better understand clients and enjoys real estate because of its self-paced nature. She thoroughly enjoys the negotiating part of the business and believes all clients can benefit from having a real estate agent in their corner. She spends the majority of her time working in WaterColor, Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Florida. Ariel focuses a lot of her marketing on personal communications as well as social media and YouTube.
In her free time, Ariel and her husband, also named Randy, enjoy traveling. They are also involved in their church. Ariel likes to read 14th-century philosophy, has plans to join a gym and is getting involved in tennis. If she ever goes missing, you might find her at the Beach Club in WaterColor.
