Nick Phillips

Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, Nick Phillips began his real estate career
developing residential properties in the mountains of east Tennessee and on the coast
of North Carolina. He went on to found and operate a luxury real estate brokerage with
five Sotheby’s International Realty offices in North Carolina, where Nick ranked as high as
2nd in the state for closed sales volume by Real Trends.

In 2016, Nick visited a friend in the 30A area of Florida and saw the Emerald Coast for the
first time. He immediately was drawn to both the natural beauty of the gulf landscape as
well as the friendly southern culture he encountered in the area. Nick also was captivated
by the concept of the new urbanism communities along 30A.

As a result of that first visit and many that were to follow with his family in tow, Nick and his wife decided to purchase a home on 30A. They and their three children enjoy time together at the Watersound Beach Club, fishing in Choctawhatchee Bay, paddling the dune lake, and playing golf together at Camp Creek and Shark’s Tooth.

The most gratifying part of Nick’s career has always been to watch his clients and their
families return year after year to gather at their beach homes as they enjoy some of life’s
very best moments together.
