Whitney Cooley

Whitney Cooley's first home purchase was all the motivation she needed to launch a real estate career, where she delights in helping others find their dream properties and build their real estate portfolios.

Growing up on the Emerald Coast has given her an intimate familiarity with its various communities, where she moved from riding her bike down just about every street to navigating those same neighborhoods alongside her clients. Her customers are a blend of buyers and sellers, most of whom become friends along the way. For Whitney, real estate exceeds transactions and becomes something personal, both for the families she works with as well as for her own. She focuses on providing a high level of hospitality and customer service and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile.

At her previous brokerage, Whitney earned recognition as a top producer including a "Rising Star for Real Producers" award in 2021 and a "Top 300 in Emerald Coast Real Producers" award. She was also ranked 18th in the nation for Founders Elite in 2022.

Whitney attended Northwest Florida State College and has spent time giving back with Food For Thought Outreach, Seaside Neighborhood School, and as a cheerleading coach for a local middle school team that went on to win a national competition. She and her husband are parents to two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and shopping.
