Ashley Smith grew up in a military family, landing on the Emerald Coast during her high school years. After earning her bachelor's degree in communications and business from Auburn University, she returned to the beach communities she loves. A family friend introduced her to a career in real estate and, after a stint working at her alma mater, she earned her real estate license.
Ashley's goal is to help her clients grow their wealth through real estate and she is passionate about building generational legacies through home ownership. Today, she serves clients from Niceville to Panama City Beach with a service-oriented approach that focuses on the specific needs of each client. Her focus on superior communication and attention to detail delivers a white-glove approach throughout a client's real estate journey.
She is a graduate of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors' leadership development program, a graduate of the L.E.A.P. program with Florida Women's Council of Realtors and previously served as first vice president of the Emerald Coast Women's Council of Realtors. She is a past assistant director of BeGenerous Inc., a non-profit devoted to helping women rebuild their lives after traumatic life experiences.
In her free time, you'll find Ashley on the sidelines of her son's sporting events or playing with her dog, Cash. She enjoys bodybuilding and fitness, public speaking, going to the beach and hosting her podcast, "Building Bad Ash."
