Lauren Perrin

Lauren Perrin grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Alabama. She spent a few years as an ICU nurse in a trauma burn unit before transitioning to be a travel nurse. She later transitioned into medical sales but always maintained an interest in luxury real estate. In 2021, she earned her real estate license, following in the footsteps of her sister who is a real estate agent in Auburn, Alabama. Lauren and her family regularly vacationed in the Florida Panhandle and later relocated to the area for her husband Larry's job. Lauren enjoys the fine details in architecture and design, which piqued her interest in a career in real estate. Her background in trauma has made her a very adaptable person, able to think quickly on her toes, as well as being dependable, reliable and very hands-on. She enjoys communicating regularly with friends, family and clients on her social media platforms. Lauren and Larry live in WaterSound Origins and are dog parents to Riggs and Titus. In her free time, you'll find Lauren at OrangeTheory Fitness or horseback riding in the Milton area. Together with her husband, she enjoys spending time outdoors and dining out.
