Together, they began flipping homes in Louisiana, honing their renovation skills and market analysis. By 2021, they established The Neal Estate Group, focusing on luxury homes and investment properties. Known for their hands-on approach and dedication to personal service, Suzy and Steve guide clients to find homes where lasting memories are made. The Neals are not just skilled agents but trusted advisors and friends to their clients.

Suzy and Steve are active in their community and local causes, with personal interests in cooking, exercising and family time. Married for 39 years, they share four children and four grandsons, with a fifth grandchild on the way.
