Heather Parrish brings a rare blend of critical care composure, investment insight, and genuine hospitality to Emerald Coast real estate. Originally from Memphis, she grew up vacationing in Destin and relocated in 2010 to join Sacred Heart Emerald Coast after completing the registered nurse program at Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. She transitioned into real estate in 2015 to create greater opportunities for her family and quickly became known for making every transaction smooth, stress-free, and highly personalized.

Specializing in investment properties across Destin and Miramar Beach — and deeply rooted in the Sandestin community she calls home — Heather builds strong, lasting relationships with her high-net-worth clients. She excels at identifying off-market opportunities with strong returns and consistently ranked in the top 20 percent of producers at her prior brokerage.

A board member of the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, Heather is committed to giving back to the community she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys functional fitness, hot yoga, and tennis. She and her husband, Jake — a retired Special Forces veteran — live in Sandestin with their son, Waylon.
