Christina Meinen
Andy and Christina Meinen met along Scenic Highway 30A in 2006 after the pull of the Emerald Coast moved each of them to the area.
Christina arrived in the Panhandle in 2004 after earning a degree in real estate and mortgage appraisal financing from Mississippi State University. As a child, she spent vacations along the sugary shoreline each year and witnessed the amazing growth in Destin and along Scenic Highway 30A. Christina grew up in Germantown, Tennessee where her parents still live today.
Once she and her parents discovered 30A and invested in Seagrove Beach, she realized this was no longer only a great vacation destination but also her new home. Scenic Highway 30A is the 17-mile stretch of white sugary beaches between Destin and Panama City. Quaint beach communities line this stretch of paradise, each with its own charm. 30A has the largest concentration of rare coastal dune lakes in the world and 40% of the land is preserved for nature, making it a wonderful place to spot wildlife and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
Andy earned a degree in journalism from Auburn University in 2004 and moved home briefly to Lake Forest, Illinois, before taking a job as a reporter at the Walton Sun in 2005.
In July 2008, the couple married and began working together. Today, they share a combined 30 years of experience working with buyers and sellers of second homes and investment properties in the communities along 30A and in Destin and Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Helping clients create wealth through 1031 tax exchanges is one of their specialties. As a team, they closed over $39 million in sales volume in 2022. Their enthusiastic approach provides a determined and focused team that is committed to helping you buy or sell your slice of paradise.
In her free time, Christina enjoys pilates, cooking and baking, traveling and her Catholic faith. Andy is a golfer and avid Auburn football fan. In 2022, the couple's twin daughters, Harlow and Olivia, turned two years old.
