That philosophy led him to 30A more than 22 years ago. Richard and his wife took a detour while on vacation and it changed their lives. He has been a full-time 30A real estate agent since 2005 and, in that time, has helped connect countless families to their real-life dreams.

Finding ways to make the process simpler for buyers and sellers is Richard's pastime. He never stops thinking about it. That's why he makes it his business to investigate the best possible fit for you before you even begin looking at property. In 2014, Richard obtained his broker's license to better assist his clients. He has previously been recognized with the "Largest Sales Volume By A Single Agent" award at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.
