Notable 2015 Referrals

    In 2015, nearly 6,100 inquiries were placed into the Sotheby’s International Realty® Global Referral System. Among them were referrals to our company by Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Atlanta, Louisville, and San Antonio which eventually resulted in property purchases along the Emerald Coast. Closed referrals stemming from the Global Referral System fetched an average sales price of over $1 million for a total annual sales volume of over $652 million.

    In addition to these figures are referrals by or between some of the more than 18,000 Sotheby’s International Realty® sales associates, located in approximately 825 offices in 61 countries and territories worldwide.
