2016 was an exceptional year for the housing market along the East End of 30A including Gulf-front homes. Although available inventory was down compared to 2015, sales prices increased tremendously. The average sales price went up a remarkable 53%, and the price per square foot went up 23% from 2015 – making this a truly noteworthy year for 30A East.
