Our new Director of First Impressions Amanda Morgan, at the helm of our Blue Mountain Beach office, graduated from Leadership Walton on May 28th.
Leadership Walton is for men and women who have achieved leadership positions in their fields, likely to be tapped for greater community responsibility. The Leadership Walton program provides individuals with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build entrepreneurial and team building skills, increase their value to their organization, as well as strengthen the greater community. Beginning with an overnight retreat in September, the program is designed in eight monthly sessions, each of which focuses on one major skill including: beliefs and attitudes, team building, mentoring, communication, organizational leadership, coaching, time management, and servant hood.
Amanda joined us on May 18th after working with the Walton County Tourist Development Council. She is a native of Northwest Florida, born and raised in Crestview.
Amanda is a Certified Tourism Ambassador through Visit Florida. She enjoys fishing, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Clayton.
