How did you get the idea or concept for your business?
JN: I was introduced to the NEAT Method through social media and was excited to have the opportunity to join an inspiring franchise and share my love for organizing.
Let’s discuss numbers: What year did you open? How many locations do you have? How many people do you employ?
JN: We recently launched our location in July 2024. NEAT Method has over 95 locations nationwide; I am excited to share our combined expertise with the 30A area. We have a team of four and look forward to adding to our team in the future.
What do you sell or what service do you provide? What’s your best seller?
JN: We provide design-focused organizational services and products designed to bring simplicity and versatility to every space in your home.
What’s unique about what you do or offer?
JN: NEAT Method offers a unique lifestyle service that transforms living spaces into luxurious, smartly appointed homes. Our team-focused approach allows us to efficiently tackle spaces of all sizes, including large-scale moves, garages and more. Our end-to-end solutions are customized, visually elevated and sustainable even when life gets hectic.
How would you describe your business to a potential customer?
JN: Neat 30A is a luxury home organizing company specializing in creating simple and versatile systems tailored to your lifestyle. We can organize any space in your home, leaving you with a space that not only functions well but also looks beautiful!
What do you love most about your line of work?
JN: I love the ability to transform spaces for our clients and make a positive impact on their lives.
What sorts of trends are you seeing in your industry?
JN: There is an increase right now in the use of more natural and versatile products that can be used in a variety of spaces. Organization trends are shifting away from purely visual with a renewed emphasis on functionality for all members of the family.
Tell me in just a sentence or two what you feel sets you apart from your competitors.
JN: What sets NEAT Method apart is our white-glove organizing services and our exclusive line of high-end products, all developed from extensive in-home experience. As North America’s largest home organizing company, we’re also able to provide consistent, luxury service coast-to-coast, ensuring a seamless NEAT experience whether you’re settling into a new home or refreshing your current space.
Who or what inspires you? This could be a family member or celebrity, a particular quote or even a book/movie/podcast. The sky’s the limit!
JN: I am inspired every day by the women in my local and Neat Method communities. They set a great example through their leadership and dedication to their careers, serving as a constant source of inspiration for me.
What’s the best thing about being a part of the Emerald Coast, personally and/or professionally?
JN: I am really grateful to be part of this amazing community. I love the laid-back lifestyle, the beautiful beaches and the small community feel. Plus, there’s also a thriving business community here. It’s the best of both worlds.
Are you/your business involved in the community in any way? Volunteering or giving back? If so, how?
JN: NEAT Method is committed to giving back to our community through our Do Good Council’s philanthropic efforts. We also participate nationwide in an annual NEAT Day of Service by gifting our services and products to deserving members of local communities. My family serves our community through our schools and local events. We look forward to incorporating those efforts with our NEAT team as well.
What does a typical day in your business look like? (Pretend it’s Monday (or Friday!) and take me through the highlights of your day.)
JN: Every day is a little bit different, but an organizing day starts off bright and early for us. We start off with a team meeting and then head off to our location of the day. Once we arrive, we greet our client and go over the plan and expectations for the day. We then get to work doing what we love, which is organizing and transforming our clients’ space. We wrap up by taking care of all donations and discarded items, and then we get to do the reveal, which is definitely the best part! It is a wonderful feeling when a client sees their space, and you know you have made an impact on their daily life.
What’s your best “insider tip?” (This could be a community tip for vacationers or homeowners or even a tip for customers related to your business.)
JN: Organizing can be overwhelming! Keep it simple by starting small with a single drawer, shelf or basket before emptying out your entire space. This quick win will inspire and motivate you to take on bigger projects and with a little experience under your belt, you’ll be less likely to get overwhelmed. Begin by taking everything out, categorizing and keeping only what you need. Relocate, donate or toss the rest. Place everything back into the space, making sure to prioritize those most frequently used items. Finish up by implementing organizational solutions as needed.
How do you recharge or relax when the day is done?
JN: I recharge by spending time with my family, getting outside to enjoy our beautiful surroundings, or reading a great book.

JN: We are centrally located on 30A and we organize spaces from Pensacola to Panama City. We are available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are on Instagram and the web.
