Dawn Moliterno will join the leadership team of Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty as its Chief Operations and Chief Strategy Officer on January 1, 2016. Dawn has worked with owners Blake Morar and Chris Abbott over the last 14 months, consulting with them on strategic direction.
Dawn has proven to be a successful and trusted leader. She brings a strong reputation for developing people and inspiring teams to this position. Our leadership team agrees unanimously that her experience, coupled with her strategic planning and proven ability to deliver results, makes her the right person to oversee our operations and help execute our company’s priorities for driving sustainable growth, recruiting talented agents and support, and breaking records within our marketplace.
Over two decades, Dawn has built an impressive track record of strategic, commercial, marketing, and operational accomplishments. She has served as Executive Director of the South Walton Tourist Development Council, as well as President and CEO of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Dawn’s experience and vision add a strong element to our business strategy for 2016, and certainly for years to come, as we reinforce the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand as the voice of luxury Real Estate in Northwest Florida. She has a gift managing people and implementing processes. We are ecstatic to have her on our leadership team.
Dawn will operate out of the firm’s 30Avenue office location near Rosemary Beach.
During the time I’ve spent working with Blake and Chris, they have asked me what I wanted to do in the future, and I told them that I have never planned my own career path. When it has come to my career, I have always followed my instincts. I knew that when the time was right and the opportunity presented itself, I would have the wisdom to make the right decision. When the opportunity to join Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty full-time was presented, it was an easy decision to say yes.
