We are pleased to announce the following additions to our Real Estate team.
Mike Shuler has been announced as our new Finance Coordinator.
Mike earned his BBA in Accounting from North Georgia College and State University. His extensive experience in accounting and finance, both in the public and private sectors, make him a perfect fit as we expand in the future. His skill set is superb and will be very helpful in our growth and management.
Mike relocated from Atlanta to the Emerald Coast in the summer of 2015 after spending summers in Northwest Florida with his family and friends. In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time on the beach.
Alyssa Dacosta joins as assistant to Broker Associate Sarah Stone. As a licensed Real Estate agent in Georgia, Alyssa will ensure that customers continue to receive the professionalism that Sarah is known for. Alyssa brings positive energy and exceptional organization skills to Sarah’s team. By taking over much of the day to day tasks that keep the transaction process moving forward, Sarah will have more time to focus on communicating with customers and finding them the perfect property.
A Georgia native, Alyssa has spent summers along the Emerald Coast since she was four years old. Along with her husband, she moved here in 2015 and enjoys cooking, decorating, and reading on the beach.
Kadi Higginbotham has joined assisting Broker Associate Kelly Hill and her team.
Originally from Georgia, Kadi received her Business Administration degree from Northwestern State University. After an exciting three-year career in retail management, Kadi decided to pursue a Real Estate career after getting her feet wet in the industry during her college years.
Kelly immediately recognized her “likeability factor” as well as her servant’s heart for the customer, and knew she would be a great addition to her team. Starting in Kelly’s assistant position will groom her well for a future buyer’s agent here at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.
Kadi has lived in Northwest Florida for over six years.
