Allegiant’s new seasonal nonstop flight schedule from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport to 15 cities was announced earlier this month. According to a news release, this is part of the airline’s latest seasonal expansion in 66 cities across the United States.
The new seasonal routes from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) are:
- Knoxville, Tennessee, via McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) — began May 16, 2024
- Peoria Illinois, via General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport (PIA) — began May 18, 2024
- Springfield/Branson, Missouri, via Springfield-Branson Regional Airport (SGF)— begins May 23, 2024
- Memphis Tennessee, via Memphis International Airport MEM) — begins May 24, 2024
- Omaha Nebraska, via Eppley Airfield (OMA) — begins May 24, 2024
- Tulsa, Oklahoma, via Tulsa International Airport (TUL) — begins May 24, 2024
- Lexington, Kentucky, via Blue Grass Airport (LEX) — begins May 30, 2024
