Every January, we gather to celebrate what the past year demanded of us — discipline, collaboration, grit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Gallery is our annual exhibition of achievement, honoring the advisors, teams, and staff who elevated our company in 2025 and helped define what it means to represent Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.
In 2025, Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty achieved a gross sales volume of more than $1.7 billion, continuing a legacy of market leadership built on performance, discipline, and collaboration. With 114 full-time advisors, the company reached an average agent productivity of more than $14.8 million — one of the highest rates in North America and a reflection of both the caliber of talent within the brokerage and the systems that support them.
We secured more than 20 percent market share in sales greater than $1 million and recorded an average home sales price of more than $2.5 million. Thirty-five percent of our total sales volume was sold in-house, reinforcing the culture of cooperation that continues to set Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty apart in an increasingly competitive luxury marketplace.
