Get to know the newest face at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty – Stuart Kirby, who recently became a member of the Spears Group.
Stuart hails from Bowling Green, Ky., and moved to the Emerald Coast in 2016 with his wife, Niki, to raise their children, Sofia Belle and Jude, at the beach.
Stuart’s diverse background, experience and accomplishments make him uniquely qualified to work with a variety of clients in the real estate space. Prior to moving to Old Seagrove, he was involved in numerous industries, including racing professionally with NASCAR, where he served as spokesman for brands such as M&M/Mars and the U.S. Air Force. He later opened a Bruster’s franchise, earning franchise awards for “Rookie of the Year” and “Operator of the Year.” Stuart also holds his funeral directors’ license in Kentucky, where he helped manage his family’s business for several years.
After moving to Florida, Stuart pursued a long-time passion for real estate by exploring properties through investment and development. Through that process, he realized he could offer services as a real estate agent to complement the development side. In his first year, he achieved a sales volume of more than $14 million. He prides himself on his attentiveness and diligence, striving to help clients achieve their real estate goals, while making the process seamless and enjoyable. He believes his down-to-earth, relatable personality facilitates this and helps create a foundation for long-lasting relationships.
“Stuart brings a diverse entrepreneurial background paired with a passion for development including both residential and commercial development, which caters perfectly to our customer’s needs as they navigate and seek advice on the 30A marketplace and beyond,” said Jonathan Spears. “Stuart is proficient in not only local building and development processes, but also personally builds and represents high-end luxury inventory on the east end of 30A. Stuart also brings in a network of established clientele that hail from our feeder markets throughout the southeast United States.”
Stuart’s niche is in the communities along 30A, working with clients interested in development and investing. He said he particularly loves the kindred spirit he sees in the area, from individuals and families who have taken a leap of faith to pursue their dreams of moving to the beach.
In his free time, you can find Stuart and his family at the beach, paddle boarding, bike riding and traveling. They attend Good News United Methodist Church and both Stuart and Niki are actively involved at their children’s schools.
