Our Broker/Owners Blake Morar and Chris Abbott, along with our Director of Marketing Will Maberry, recently participated in an orientation conference held for companies that have recently joined the Sotheby’s International Realty® network. We became a Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in January, and are now part of a luxury real estate network that includes more than 15,000 independent sales associates located in approximately 700 offices in 54 countries and territories worldwide.
The management team was treated to a preview of some exciting new features coming exclusively to the Sotheby’s International Realty brand later this year that we cannot wait to share. The power of the brand is opening new doors for business by pioneering marketing opportunities with the leading names in media.
Even at this intimate event, the strength and scope of the Sotheby’s International Realty network was apparent. Among the 60 guests in attendance were representatives from Belize, Canary Islands, Australia, New Zealand, and even China. The orientation was held June 24th to the 27th and included business meetings in Short Hills, NJ, and a networking event at the Sotheby’s Auction House in New York City. Pieces from the Modern and Contemporary Prints Sale, being held October 30th and 31st, were on display. They included three Warhol screenprints, multiple pieces by Picasso and Lichtenstein, as well as four offset lithographs by Takashi Murakami, all of which would look spectacular hanging in this modern, bay front contemporary home.
