    Over $141 Million in 1st Quarter Closed Real Estate Sales

    Last year, our company achieved a sales dollar volume totaling over $442 million, surpassing our 2014 benchmark by more than 60%. In just the first quarter of this year we closed a market leading $141 million in sales, 60% more than we closed in the first quarter of 2015 and 35% more than the nearest competitor. Our first quarter average sale price of $976,756 was the highest among the top 10 Real Estate companies on the Emerald Coast, emphasizing our specialization in selling the area’s most luxurious properties.
