Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty unveiled its newest luxury gulf front residential development during an exclusive preview event on June 4th at its new 3oAvenue office.
The Bluffs at Sandy Shores will be located within the gates of the Sandy Shores community on 30A between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.
Those who attended the preview event enjoyed live music by Matt Lyons, light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails by Cuvee 30A, Shades, Signature Catering 30A, Coastal Wine and Spirits, 850 Chaste, and Idyll Hounds Brewing Company. Guests viewed renderings, color palettes, material and finish samples that will be in the three luxurious estate homes. During the event, guests were able to tour the site via Shoreline 30A complete with champagne toast.
With concrete construction, the immaculate architecture and state-of-the-art design for The Bluffs at Sandy Shores features clean lines and open floor plans with breathtaking views atop one of the highest bluffs on 30A. Nestled on 180 feet of gulf front property, the three estates will each boast approximately 10,000 to over 12,000 square feet of living and outdoor space, as well as individual beach accesses down the bluffs to a private beach. The first home will begin construction in June and will be one of the most exquisite residences built to date on 30A.
