Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty Broker/Owner Chris Abbott has premiered his biopic on our online video channel. The professionally produced short film showcases his strong ties to the Gulf Coast and his family’s pioneering legacy in the local Real Estate industry.
“I pursued my career in Real Estate, following in the footsteps of my grandfather, my father, and uncle who have been in the Real Estate business here since the 70’s,” Chris shares in the film. “I joined, in my blood knowing that this was something I had a lot of passion for.”
With recent statistics indicating that 46% of visitors to a website are more likely to seek additional information when video content is present, Chris invested in the film to not only attract luxury home buyers to his listings, but also better communicate the benefits they will enjoy, working with a veteran of the Real Estate industry and long-time resident of the area.
“When a home owner entrusts us with the listing of their property, its sale often depends on more than just the numbers making sense,” says Chris. “Behind almost every property we represent is a story that is up to us as agents to discover and share. So that I can connect more with my customers’ stories, I want to make sure they feel connected to me and what I can offer them.”
