Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty hosted its 2024 Blueprint strategic planning event on Thursday, October 19. Blueprint is an all-day event showcasing an in-depth presentation of the state of the company, the state of the market, company goals, operational refinement and marketing reports. Along with that, the Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty team takes the time to fully address concerns or questions agents may have and set goals for the future. All of this is broken up with a scattering of team-building games such as a company-wide “rock, paper, scissors” tournament and meal breaks.
The brokerage also has a speaker come annually to talk to the company and give a fresh perspective to our team. This year, Jim Miller, the executive vice president and city-designated managing broker of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, shared his knowledge and answered questions. Jim oversees sales and training at the firm’s Lincoln Park and Gold Coast offices and is the host of his very own popular podcast “Ask Jim Miller.”
