Niche magazine is the semiannual publication of Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty. Since 2005, Niche has showcased the best in northwest Florida real estate and lifestyle. Lifestyle Highlights for Fall 2022

  • From the Porch: The flagship article of our proprietary publication, “From The Porch” takes a behind-the-scenes peek into the design-build process of home ownership at the beach, told through the voices of people just like you.
  • Nature: Everyone loves the beach but our coastal dune lakes are an endless source of fun and recreation, from fishing to paddle-boarding. These rare geographical features are only present in a handful of places around the world, including Walton County.

More than 20,000 copies of Niche magazine are printed each issue and distributed via the following channels.
