A distribution strategy that combines targeted print and digital approaches delivers intriguing original content to owners of luxury property along Scenic Highway 30A from Destin to Rosemary Beach, as well as to our ever-growing audience of luxury real estate intenders.

    Lifestyle Highlights for Fall 2020

    • From the Porch: This ongoing editorial series focuses on the home design and construction journeys of local homeowners. In this issue, we feature an interview with world-renowned architect Bobby McAlpine.
    • Fashion: We feature handcrafted artisan clothing designer Mary Ellen DiMauro. DiMauro sews all of her own pieces and operates a boutique located at The Hub in Prominence.
    • Art: We feature up and coming J. Leon Gallery + Studio, a new fine arts experience opening in Destin.
    • Outdoors: We feature ways to recreate that take advantage of the natural wonders found in our backyard, to include state parks, coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. A representative from the Walton TDC and the owner of YOLO Board, Jeff Archer, participate.
    • Design: We feature a collection of fabrics made for beachside living with insight from local interior designers like Urban Grace Interiors and Design & Dwell Homes.

    More than 20,000 copies of Niche magazine are printed each issue and distributed via the following channels.

    • Direct mail to owners of luxury property in Destin and along 30A in communities that include Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, WaterColor and WaterSound Beach.*

    The online edition of Niche magazine, hosted at NicheMagOnline.com, is distributed via the following channels:

    • Social media posts to a combined audience of more than 17,000 followers.

    • Social media posts to VIE magazine Facebook and Instagram followers.

    Through an exclusive partnership, VIE magazine curates 20 pages from Niche magazine to feature in a special insertion of its November issue that includes a prompt to view the complete online edition by scanning a QR code or visiting NicheMagOnline.com. The insertion appears in 27,000 printed copies distributed throughout the Southeast.
